You can now assign multiple Admins to a Yotpo account - making it easier for teams to manage account access and settings without relying on a single user.
What’s new
  • The previous Admin role is now called Owner
  • You can assign the new Admin role to additional teammates
  • Admins have the same product and account permissions as the Owner
  • Account ownership remains limited to one Owner per account
  • Ownership transfers are handled through Support
  • When changing a role from Staff to Admin, the user may need to log out and log in again to refresh their access

Multiple Admins remove the single-user bottleneck for account management. This gives teams more flexibility, reduces dependency on one person, and improves access management across the account.
